Scope
When a contract or seasonal peak needs a large crew at short notice, we recruit, screen and place the numbers in one push and keep the same standard across the intake.
We fill single gaps caused by sickness, holidays or unexpected leavers, sending a worker who matches the shift, the task and the site rules already agreed.
Where a role is likely to become permanent, we run the placement on a trial basis so you can see how someone works before you commit to a contract.
We brief every worker on your site rules, PPE requirements, clocking arrangements and reporting lines before the first shift starts, so supervisors are not repeating it.
Hours are collected, checked against the agreed rates and invoiced on a clear weekly cycle, with any query raised and settled before it reaches payroll.
If a worker does not suit the role or leaves within the first shifts, we source and send a replacement at no extra charge to the agreed rate.
Process
You set out the tasks, the shift pattern, the site location, the pay rate you have in mind and the start date, and we ask the questions needed to price it properly.
Once rates, working hours and our terms of business are agreed in writing, we search our existing pool of industrial workers and advertise where the role needs it.
We check right to work, trade qualifications and licences, take references where the role calls for them, and send you only the people who can do the job on your shift.
You approve the worker, we confirm the start time and site details, and then we check in after the first shift and stay in contact while the placement runs.
